Tournament / Signup Information
18 Holes, Match Play, White Tees (Championship & 1st Flight - Black Tees)
Assigned Foursomes - Reserved Tee Times
Once the parings are made, groupings will be posted in the locker room and on the Men's Club Website.
Any flight (except Championship) where the difference between the competitors in a flight is more than 3 strokes, their match will be played with strokes. The number of strokes will be based on the difference between the competitors minus the three - stroke flight differential.
For example, in a 7th flight pairings, two competitors have handicaps of 20 and 25. Since the difference between the two competitors handicaps is greater than 3, the match would then be played with strokes. The higher handicap (25) would receive 2 strokes: - (25-20) = 5 strokes minus the 3 stroke differential = 2. The two strokes would then be alloted during the match on the #1 and # 2 handicap holes.
