All current HSR men's club members will be eligible to sign up for non-entry fee events online.

What information will I need to signup online?
When registering for an event online, you will be required to enter your name, handicap and any other further information that may be needed based on the current tournament signup.
Is there a Tournanent Signup Deadline?
Each event to signup has a pre set deadline for submitting your tournament entry. This deadline is determined by the tournamnent chairman, usually 1 - 2 weeks before the event has started. This deadline is automated, once the deadline has passed the system will lock out and you will NOT be able to sign up for these events. Each signup page and tournament details page will have the signup deadline posted with a countdown to give you enough time to sign up.
How can I check my entry status?
There will be a current list of entered players on the website while the tournament signup is in progress. You can check back online once the tournament field has been determined to see final player lists.
Who will be receiving my tournament entry?
We have updated our online tournament signup system so our entries will be managed in real time through the website. This new system allows us to manage the player rosters much more effectively and dynamically in real time, as well as giving our members more control over their own tournament entries. The system will record all new signups and withdrawals, immediately updating the master list which will be posted on the website.
As with all tournament signups, the tournament chairman has the authorization over this master list to make any changes he sees fit.
Will I be able to withdrawal from the event online?
**New in 2011**
If you have officially entered into an event online, you will be able to withdrawal your entry through the sign-up system and your entry will be removed immediately. We ask that you make this request as soon as possible to allow for other players who wish to enter to be eligible for the event.
Once the tournament has been fulfilled, will I be able to enter my name as an alternate?
If the tournament has been filled and the tournament chairman has allowed for alternates to be available, you will be able to enter your information as an alternate contact.
